Coherent Lab Supply LLC ("Coherent Lab Supply", "we", "us") operates this verification site and the associated store. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and the choices you have. Reach us through our contact page.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, billing and shipping address, and order details when you create an account, buy from us or contact us.
- Verification records: when you confirm the statements on this site we record the date and time, your IP address, your browser user agent, which statements you confirmed, and the advertising campaign parameters on the link you arrived through.
- Technical information: pages viewed, referring site, device and browser type, and similar log data.
3. How we use it
We use this information to:
- confirm buyers meet the age requirement and are buying for laboratory research only;
- keep a compliance record of what was confirmed, and when;
- process, ship and support orders and accounts;
- prevent fraud, abuse and automated access;
- measure which advertising brought you to us and improve the site.
4. Cookies and campaign tracking
We set a verification cookie so you are not asked to verify again on the same device for 30 days. It holds a flag and an expiry, not your identity.
When you continue to our store, the campaign parameters from your inbound link (such as utm_source or a click ID) are passed along with it so we can see which campaign led to an order. Where enabled we also use tag managers and advertising pixels to measure campaign performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; verification will then appear on every visit.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- providers who host our sites, process payments, ship orders and provide support;
- analytics and advertising partners, as aggregated or hashed event data;
- professional advisers, authorities or law enforcement where the law requires it.
6. Retention
Verification records are kept as long as needed to evidence compliance, normally up to 6 years. Order and tax records are kept for the period required by law. Other information is deleted when no longer needed.
7. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and rate limiting. Verification logs are stored outside public access. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to opt out of targeted advertising, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Contact us through our contact page and we will respond within the time the law requires. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
9. Age restriction
This site and our products are only for people aged 21 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone younger; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Our pages link to other sites, including our main store. Their own policies apply there.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last revised, and the current version always applies.
